I NEED A PLACE TO GO WITH ALL MY BROKERED LOANS, I DO LOANS PRIMARILY ON THE EAST COAST, SO FL,GA,NC,SC,VA,MD,DC,NJ,PA,CT,MA,NY WOULD ALL NEED TO BE STATES YOU ARE LICENSED IN. MY CURRENT BROKER SOURCE HAS TAKEN A TURN FOR THE WORST AND IS FULL OF INEXPERIENCED ENTRY LEVEL PROCESSORS.
I GET TONS OF REFERRAL BUSINESS BUT HAVE NO PLACE TO SEND MY BROKER LOANS, I CURRENTLY HAVE 2 NJ,AND ONE GA DEAL THAT NEED TO BE SUBMITTED ASAP. I CAN PROCESS MY OWN LOANS, I HAVE PLENTY OF EXPERIENCE, AND HAVE NEVER EVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY ONE OF MY LOANS IN 8 YEARS. WOULD PREFER NOT TO PROCESS, IF I AM GIVEN A FAST KNOWLEDGEABLE PROCESSOR. PLEASE CONTACT ME BY RESPONDING TO THIS POST. I WILL WRITE YOU BACK. |

HUH? What exactly are you asking? What do you mean by "broker my loans"? Are you a licensed mortgage broker? Sorry, your post makes no sense ... not to me anyway. Hopefully your true needs will emerge with some help from others.
By the way ... not need to shout. We can all hear you just fine. |

| Hey Airrick--I just shut down my shop in PA, my buddy closed his in Jersey, and we partnered as a netbranch for a company based out of New Jersey. We are licensed in the states you mention and can use Wells, GMAC, Amtrust, Chase, Citi, and a couple others right now. They will sign up with other lenders if it makes sense. Where are you located?
