Any Banks still doing 90 LTV stand alone seconds.
My Scenario Purchase price $650,000 I have a lender for the 80 ltv I need another lender for the other 10 in NJ.

| didn't you post this yesterday? On a purchase M&I Wholesale will go up to a 89.98 ltv/cltv. |
