Got a Rate/Term Refi Owner/Occ Loan 675k Ltv/Cltv 75% Fico 670 w2 Ca property Sfr Si/Va 38K in Bank . 5yr fixed pick a pay . I want to get the file in ASAP

Try Wachovia/World Savings but I think the Min FICO is 680.

I being told is 700
