I am looking for a direct lender to do a 6 family commercial property. DSC 3.5. fico score 720, loan amount $350,000. LTV 50% full document loan. Fixed rates only, 15, 20, 25, or 30 year term.

| You should be able to go to ANY lender with this, unless of course there's some missing information |
