Well one of my loan officers closed a file 07/2006..... loan went into default 01/2008....get a lender from the lender stating they verified his 06 tax returns....okay how is that HUMANLY possibly if he closed 07/06 and he has until 04/07 to file for 2006 tax returns, he only signed 4506 at his closing with date.
I personally think lenders take white out and put new dates there No other explanation for this |
