I have been in the mortgage industry as a lender for the past 10 years and I know what to expect out of a title company that I choose to get my borrower's to the closing table. Fast, Courteous service is what it takes to close loans and keep people happy.
I have since come to work for Capital Title / Maverick National Services and want to show you how I can get your loans closed faster and at the convenience of your borrower.
We close loans in ALL 50 states, with no charges for mobile closings. We will close your borrower where it is most convenient for them, days, nights, weekends, holidays. If I didn't offer this kind of service, I wouldn't be in business in this industry.

Can you handle purchases or refi's only nationwide?

| We handle title work for purchases and refi's, nationwide. We will close your borrower where ever is convenient for them. We have a mobile notary service at our disposal for any closing, anytime. |
