hey guys, I haven't kept up with the MI changes but will anyone insure this purchase ?
Purchase, SFR, 200,000g assetts 588 mid score, 90 % ltv, Bottom DTI is 17%, WI, Approve Eligible, |

| You need at least 620 credit score for MI on conventional loans - this would probably work well through FHA, since you have the 580 credit score and AUS approval |
