| Considering investing some money in generating some leads. Anyone in here having any luck with putting ads in newspapers, magazines etc? Or are mailers the way to go? |

Hey Anthony,
You can hunt with a shotgun or you can be a sharpshooter. I don't care for ads in magazines, billboards, newspaper ads, yellow pages or any of that because there's no way to track your ROI. I am a firm believer in target marketing. Build a strong database (I'll be happy to email you a tickler list to help), and either build a system to mail to them in a consistant and professional manner, or go buy a system that will do it for you. If you have just 200 people in your database, 20% of those (40) will be getting a mortgage loan in the next 12 months (source: American Land Title Association). If you already know those people, why wouldn't they come to you? |
