I am a hard money guy.. have been for over 5 years....
Lately... almost all of my loans have been coming by way of thrid party thru other loan officers. while this is great, I need to get back to originating the deals myself. I en up dealing direct with the borrower anyway.
looking for idea of what is working right now to orginate hard money leads

| i would send an email to every mortgage broker telling them that you will buy their turn downs for $5.00 a piece...saves you a ton and their is a ton of turn downs out there. |
