Prospect has gone from being a Construction Worker to Auto Mechanic. Any lenders take 1yr Employment for new purchase??

As long as his work history shows steady employment and a steady increase in pay I would think that this could go FHA.

As long as you have a 2 yr history FHA all day and even less than 2 years case by case. run DO and go.. FHA is our niche and we lend on mfg FHA as well. call if I can be of help
