339 total acres
132 developable acres to build 150-225 luxury homes with lot values of $750k - $1,100,000
profits of project should be around $122,000,000 after development
$4.6 Million current loan
looking for $3,000,000 2nd or can do 1 loan at $7.6MM if need be
current value is $13,000,000
Bridge loan needed ASAP for short term (1 year) to pay for permits to build
Please let me know if this is something you think is do-able (lenders only, no co-brokering) and how fast we can possibly close this up, I pretty much have a full file ready to go and need to move quick

| Yell Charles and you need to look deeper into that loan. We worked it but once we got into it there were a lot of issues. |
