Full doc or stated? How much in liquid assets? Can you rescore the cresit possibly by paying down balances?

| He could go full doc, as far as assets, not too much. The borrower is a builder that is starting to get behind and would like to pay off all of his debt to get back in good shape again. He doesn't have enough to pay down the balances. Thanks |
