Has anyone done a deal with Light Funding Corp? They seem like they are decent but can't get a straight answer from the AE. I am trying to find out if they do only Real Estate or also business acquistions.
I have a $15M deal I am trying to place, we were with Remington until my borrower found out about them (as well as I) and needless to say that is a dead lender to the borrower. So in lou of recent events with RFG (Remington) I find myself hanging on a thread with this borrower and do not wish to lose him!
Any suggestions?
