Hello All,
I have done my time in Wholesale and I am thinking about making a change over to retail. It is a really hard decision, but it is going to be best for my family because of benefits. Anyways, I was wondering if there are any retail LO's that would be willing to help a brother out. I am wanting to see about getting some info on BofA, WAMU and Wells Fargo. If I am going to do this, I want to go with the big boys. Please post some info or email me thru the post. Thanks everyone and I will talk to you later. |

give me a call. I went from the broker side to retail lending about 6 months ago. liking it a lot.

| I didn't like retail. Low pay, long hours, lots of meetings, have to dress nice everyday, Office Space type of atmosphere. If you don't have your own referral network, the brand name of a large retail bank can be helpful. If you do have your own leads and referrals wholesale is the way to go. Hopefully wholesale will never go extinct. |
