I have a 75 LTV
R/T
O/O
700 fico
that needs a Stated loan.
I know wachovia is doing them and numerous others but my borrower is payment sensitive and need a I/O.
Anyone know who would do an I/O?

6.625% 30yr IO 1pt cost
6.0% 7yr IO 1pt cost
