Just out of curiosity are any of you using dialers? Do they work?

I have been using a dialer for about two months. The biggest thing I can say is make sure you have quality data loaded. I'm sure you have seen Best Rate Refferals is the way to go. I got started with one of there basic phases and they made it easy. Zach over there really knows his stuff and has been quick to handle any problems or questions.

How many loans have you closed from the dialer?

They work if you use them. I know LO's that are averaging 4+ loans a month just off the dialer.
Data is an important component. However, if you dialed 4 hours a day everyday you could easily close 2 loans a month off the white pages...it's a numbers game.
The biggest mistake I see LO's make is they get despirate, decide they are going to dial for dollars...they purchase a seat and data. $500 bucks later they are ready to take over the mortgage world. 2 hours of dialing and they never dial again.
Get some cheap data. Commit to dialing for 4 solid hours (time it) and then decide if it's for you. If you decide it's for you (at least for the next couple months) then buy the unlimited seat and pound it...if it's not for you then find something else and you're not out $500.

I have had 3 dialers going this last month but per dialer I would say I at am about 5 loans per dialer. That really is not to helpful in my opinion. I have a few telemarketers. When I am in the office tomorrow I can break down how many hours and what my ROI is on them.

Can dialers be rented by the hour for a test drive or for part timers?
