Need REFI - hoping not hard money. Has 60 day late
Can do FD - only need 65 LTV loan of $195k
509 mid credit score
Florida loan HELP!!
Anyome know ANYone still doing down to 500 besides hard money? |

Try Perfect FHA. They go down to 500. With a good LOE, they may be able to help. If that does not work, I can do it hard money at reasonable rates and fees.

If an adjustment on the current mortgage caused them to fall late, they may qualify for FHA Secure w/no score requirement. Or, if you can get an approved/eligible through your du I have no score requirement.
