I am trying to refi my buddy whos business is websites. He has a couple of adult oriented domains and a couple that arent adult oriented. Either way, he does not use a tax preparer and I need to prove that he is self employed. Any ideas on how I can do this?

Sorry, its a SIVA. The tax returns do state what his business is "Internet" - but dont want to send these in. Maybe if I black out the numbers.

Try: www.whois.net look up the domain, print out the record, and hopefully it matches your friend's name and address. This will show the date it went live in most cases also.

Is he pulling down some good coin with those things? He couldn't be doing all that well if he does his own taxes.

Bank statements/ credit card processing statements should do it. If he runs a legit business he sells product/services such as adult web movies. If he does that then he accepts credit cards. take those statement and submit them to the UW. This should do it as individuals that don't have business have no need to process credit cards especially if they are pulling good coin. good luck. i have a couple of more ideas that should work let me know if you need help.
