I am looking for a lender that can do the following loan:
30 year amortized fixed
Refi No Cash Out
SISA
Mid FICO: 680
Self Employed
Mortgage History 0 X 30
Loan Amount: 552K
LTV: 80%
O/O
SFR
With impounds
Years at current residence: 2+

| 660 is the lowest I've seen on an alt-a. You need a lender that can make an exception and warehouse that loan. |

| not a SISA Jumbo. you will need atleast a 680 with assets. Good luck |

If the borrower's score goes up to 660 can you do the loan?
If not, do you know who can? |

no one lends anymore to someone who wants to borrow a Jumbo loan amount but can not prove assets or income and has a 659.
I think the consenus is that that loan should have never been done in the first place. |

Check out Equity Finance Group/Equity Mortgage Group. Don't know if they lend in your state, but they're still doing it here in IL.
