660 is the lowest I've seen on an alt-a. You need a lender that can make an exception and warehouse that loan.

If the borrower's score goes up to 660 can you do the loan?
If not, do you know who can?

no one lends anymore to someone who wants to borrow a Jumbo loan amount but can not prove assets or income and has a 659.

I think the consenus is that that loan should have never been done in the first place.

Check out Equity Finance Group/Equity Mortgage Group. Don't know if they lend in your state, but they're still doing it here in IL.

The website is www.equitymtg.com
