I have clients with an LLC that retains several mineral claims holdings in the US. They’re looking for 100MM startup capital on one claim and they’re willing to access capital via JV equity. In-ground values on this claim are approximately:
14.7B (down to 100 ft) 73.5B (down to 500 ft) 147B (down to 1000 ft)
Minerals involved are principally rhodium, platinum and gold (along with silver, palladium, magnetite, llmenite and sand/gravel).
Recoverable value, as opposed to in-ground value, at 100 ft is 90+% at 13.8 B.
These values are based on assay samples and geologic appraisal reports from credible sources.
An in-depth executive summary/business plan projecting 600MM in net yearly profits by year 3 can be provided.
The principals have mining plant design and operational experience along with equipment design and operational experience.
Lenders please. I'm really not looking for a daisychain of brokers.
Yes I see “gold” posts on brokeroutpost every several months and of course this project could fall through. However, the principals on this project did not request financing through a mortgage broker, so I am not a "last resort" lender at this point. I have affiliations with state commerce officials who have strong business relationships. If you have true options on this as a lender please inquire. NCND protection and verifiable references on previous mineral project experience will be helpful.

Where did these 'experienced' miners get their financing in the past?

Kyle, no financing was needed previous to these claims. There are three principals, of which one has extensive experience in the industry. He's provided consultation on the recovery of precious metals, plant process and design for mining operations since 1967 with a B.S. and M.S. in chemical engineering. Previously, the claims and mines worked were not owned by him (or his partners) so financing was not needed. His resume has extensive experience from an operational standpoint but not regarding ownership. They now have claims of their own that they'd like to pursue. |

mtel, I have a lady that works as a mandate and gets these done. No daisy chain. She acts more like a mandate and is the only one you would have to deal with. She is doing a $300mm deal for me now. If interested let me know.

Mr Slate had to go ststed/stated for the commercial loan. Mr Quarry was in a position to go full doc so Mr Slate gave him a "silent" 35% stake in FLintstone Bedrock and Tile. But any financial decisions "must" be approved through Mr Quarry.
Hope this clears any questions up. |
