I've recently contracted with a very large telemarketing company located out of Orange County, Ca. My goal is to provide a fully customizable telemarketing environment. For example do you desire leads to be emailed directly to you once they have been contacted? Do you prefer live transfers? Do you prefer the marketing company to utilize your online CRM? What do you consider a good lead? What are the pro's and con's? Would you prefer the company create scripts? Do you want to supply your own data, or pay more for the telemarketing company to provide the data? If you could have a perfect telemarketing experience, what would that be? BESIDES FREE!

The reason I'm asking these questions is because I'm creating a very comprehensive telemarketing force and I want your feedback. This will be a work in progress, but be assured that once this is launched your feedback will have created an affordable and very useful marketing tool for your use. Not to mention this will be one of the most cost effective services on the market.

Could I design my own program and try and sell it to the public. The answer is YES. I have over 10 years experience in marketing and the company I've contracted with has 20+ years, but I truly want your feedback. Honestly, if I can deliver what you want, how you want it and when you want it then why go anywhere else. I look forward to hearing from you today

For starters, how about selling them to BO memeber with more than 1000 posts at $100-$200 each lead, max 15 leads per LO, but you get paid after closing or say 30 days after lead delivery. You would of course know when they closed cause you will follow-up with the lead. This could be a limited time thing for a limited number of members. They will be required to leave feedback here. Once you have good feedback from old BO members you will have a lot of business.

Interesting concept. So the idea is that the broker/lo would not be out of pocket unless the loan closed and would only pay upon funding or at the 30 day mark. hmm.. Not sure I can swing that one, but seems like a good promotionial tool, that's for sure. Maybe I could throw in a free hour for every 4 hours purchased? I think that paying by the hour vs. per lead is a better way to go don't you? Less expensive, and less risky for the LO.

Goood Feedback.

p.s.

Would you expect to be charged differently for live transfers vs. emailed applications? etc.
