I tried Freedom and they are not in HI and BU stopped lending west of the mississippi in january. Are there any other lenders that can do this EA III? I already have it heading for FHA but in this market I refuse to put all my eggs in 1 basket.

Have you compared the rate/payment difference from EAIII vs FHA with MI or just close them on a 15yr FHA??? I would think with that ltv you may still get an approve/eligible or at worst it's a strong manual uw at the ltv.

yes i have and trust me EA III is the best I could get besides the FHA as stated above but thx for the input.
