Anybody knows any lender that can do purchase (investment) on 80% LTV in Vegas using stated income?

They will need 18 months reserves...

Kyle, we have the reserve. Which bank are you using? I have the files ready and I'll be happy to pay you a referral fee. Especially if you have inside contacts that can speed up the files. I have 10 of these, plus an addition 500 of them if you can push the first 10 through.
