1) 642 credit score rate and term, N/O/O/, Washington Property, I can go bank statements or stated, Self-Employed, owned the property 7 months, 75-80 CLTV. Any ideas or suggestions.

2) 632 credit score, N/O/O, cashout, owned the property for over 12 months, bank statements, self employed, 60 CLTV,any ideas. Oregon property.
