Is Any wholesale lenders honoring or approving FHA Secure Loans yet. Keep getting told that mostly retail of the big boys are doing this. Any suggestions are apprecited.

GMAC does them and has been doing them since September.

When I did one back in early October, there was no price hit, but I think that was before the lenders collectively decided to start making a killing on top of the massive money that they already make on government loans.
