| Is Any wholesale lenders honoring or approving FHA Secure Loans yet. Keep getting told that mostly retail of the big boys are doing this. Any suggestions are apprecited. |

GMAC does them and has been doing them since September.
When I did one back in early October, there was no price hit, but I think that was before the lenders collectively decided to start making a killing on top of the massive money that they already make on government loans.
