| Hello I am new to this site and have been reading alot the last few days and even called a few people. I am part of a group of about 10 lo's with a DE underwriter looking to open up a branch in NJ. Production should be easily $50+ million but more likely $100+ if we get this other group to join us which seems likely. We are looking to setup with a company who has a few correspondent business partners so that the rates and product are inline with the best offered. We want operations out of our branch and we understand it may take sometime to set this up and get it running where all parties are comfortable but that is the goal and a necessity. We have no problem having every file QC'd at anytime.
