Best rates for n/o/o and c/o?

I have a new client who has a investment duplex and wants c/o up to 80%.Credit over 800, sizable assets, low dti. I've looked at Citi, CW, Provident- and am getting some big hits. Any ideas? Thanks! Marjorie

If you can, drop ltv to 70%. I believe that dropped the rate on the last NOO cash out I did by a point or more.
