Looking for loan cash out to $1.5 MM, value is $2.3 MM. Owner Occ. SFR, Stated Self Employed. $200,000 in cash. 65% LTV

Needs $200K to pay off credit cards used to build the home. So mtg payoff is 1.3MM, plus $200K is $1.5MM. 65% LTV. Washington Jumbo.

Currently with IndyMac Builder Program. Need to refinance out of that into permanent loan. Brand New Home. Has about $60,000 in assets.
