There is a lot of investors out their buying.
Who has the best programs
Sun Trust has a NOO stated to 75% ltv, 7% is around par for 30 years
Wachovia was 75% until today, probably going down to 65%
Anyone else |

| Wachovia was the best other than APZ kick backs. But they are the best if you get pass that point. |

Our portfolio guidelines are shrinking up, BUT our New Alt A is just gearing up!
NOO SIVA to 80%LTV 700 FICO 6 months reserves

7.5% <.389ysp> Bonus 0.2 ysp for full file submissions.
Pricing was a little better yesterday, so you can email me on Monday and see if we are back down at all.
