**MAILABLE DATA ONLY**

SalesProspects.com has created a unique product to give you the best chance to reach out to the exact FHA prospect most likely to be eligible for a streamline refinance. We have combined adjustable rate FHA’s with pre 2003 FHA’s to ensure that the average interest rates are 7% or above.

This data is directly from the County Clerk’s offices. There is no FHA data available that is more accurate than this, period.

When you place an order you will receive both FHA Arms (which will show the actual interest rate) and FHA’s originated prior to 2003. The average FHA interest rate from 1992 – 2002 is slightly above 7%. All ARMs will have a minimum rate of 6.5% or higher.

We have all 50 states available and here are some sample count sizes:

CA – 36,546
FL - 60,269
NY – 8,753
IL – 18,752
TX – 45,899

The minimum order is 1000 records for $150. If you want people not on the DNC, the numbers are small but feel free to call for a custom quote. People are finding big success mailing though!

Pricing:

1000-2499 - $.15
2500-4999 - $.12
5000-9999 - $.10
10,000-24,999 - $.08
25,000+ - Please Contact for Pricing

Can you let me know what you have that is not on the DNC? I would like a total count and price.

Thanks

Do you want the entire country or just WI? The pricing is listed in the first post.

Well, I guess I was not clear. You post mentions that there is only a small amount that are callable. I would like Wisconsin but it would depend on how many there are in Wisconsin. If there is not enough, then I would want another state as well.
