Call the title company up and have them print out postcards and free open house flyers for you with you contact info and give them to every realtor you know.
Or buy some toner and print then out yourself.
E-mail every realtor you know your personalized movies and let them know you know how to turn renters into buyers and get deals done that no one else can.
Don't even think about doing this in the phx metro area that's where I work, but anywhere else is fair game.
Buy a few sign riders at $10.00 ea
Buy a few Yard Signs at $20.00 ea
Get a call capture # for $29.00 set-up $19.95 per month
Go to open houses, builders and give out your signs, and easels.
Put cheap classified ads out usually $15.00 bucks a week in the local rag
Place web banners on your web site and every other place that will post them or join a cheap banner network
You just spent less than $400.00 and you get more than you can imagine.
You can't beat the bang for the buck period!

How many calls out per calls in?
Of the calls in how many to get an app?
How many apps to get a loan?
