| Has anyone ever advertised on bankrate.com. They have a high traffic ranking, and offer PPC advertising for your STATE |

I cant imagine that it is wotrth it (although i have no clue as to the cost). Nobody updates rates on there and you have a bunch of extremely low-ballers. They even had a lawsuit a while back claiming that the raters that bankrate advertises are not real. Dont know what happened withg that suit. |

I tried them in the past and it didn't work at all. Leads were crap and I think with this market, it is better to try and spend extra on something else.

That doesn't sound bad, but I've heard that you need a rediculous amount of views to get an app. Something like 10,000 clicks per closed loan.
That's a lot of money you'd need to charge the client!
