Mid Fico: 702
Loan Amount Needed: $700,000
Cost of Land: $400,000
Owes on Land: $00.00
Value of Land: $700,000
Value after build: $1,500,000
Estimated LTV: 50%
Purchased land: 1994
Can go Full Doc, Stated Preferred
$60,000 Verifiable Assets
Has Plans already
Self Employed
