I am trying to refinance clients that had an NOD filed 12 mths ago.
A hard money lender bailed them out and now they are trying to get out of that.

80% ltv full -doc
580 fico
L/A= $660,000
value $825,000
R/T refi.

Property is in San Jose, Ca.

why is the FICO still low? after 1 year? or was it worse? Just curious?

Sorry for the delayed response. His credit is still low becasue his new mtg is not reporting due to it being with a hard money lender & he also has a new collection.
