Borrower is looking to refinance his large home purchased 8 months ago, just needs to lower payments and rates.

$2.1 million value, needs $1.45 million. Full Doc, Full Assets

652 credit, no other debts, but had BK 3.5 years ago

$350k in Smith Barney asset account

Please let me know if you think this could fit, borrower is very motivated to move on this. would consider all types of loans.
