i was all over this opportunity when you first presented it, and i never heard anything. finally today fremont accepted my brother's offer thats on the table and gave him til the 30th to pull it off, cause they will have no control after that.
i got the loan now, cause the borrower has no faith in his lender to get it done that fast. |
