Hello everyone. I'm interested in speaking with mortgage professionals looking for jobs who are being treated unfairly because of the market collapse. One mortgage professional said he a general counsel for a title company said mortgage professionals are naive and do not understand the purpose of title policies. The general counsel said this is evidenced by the fact that mortgage companies file title claims for everything, regardless of whether it is a covered risk or not. Mortgage professionals counter title companies used bait and switch tactics when trying to sell the policies. What do you guys think?
