NEED PRIVATE OR HARD MONEY LENDER FOR MINNESOTA PRE-FORECLOSURE BAILOUT
I've already negotiated with existing lender. Balance Reduction accepted.
Had a lender, but was just informed that their guidelines for property values must be $150,000 min before consdiering my loan scenario.
Here are the particulars:
FICO: 499 VALUE: $98000.00 LTV: under 60% Loan Amt: Approximately $58,000 to $60,000. Owner-Occupied Full-Doc Wage Earner
She has poor credit history, but it is in part due to multiple lates appearing on her credit.
She is an older woman, who is taking care of her 2 daugters PLUS a 6yrd old grand son.
She is struggling and NEEDS a break. Does not wish to loose her home.
Owned for 9years.
Was able to negotiate a SHORT-REFI, SUCCESSFULLY! Just need to find a lender who can carry this note for at least 1-2 years. We are open to your terms.
