Atlantic & Pacific Realty Advisors LLC is now engaged in consulting with Banks and Borrowers securing work outs on pending Foreclosure properties. The CEO , Peter Carissimo ASA , was the chief appraiser for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. during the banking failures of the 80's and wrote the Regulations for valuation for the FDIC.
The current crisis is just beginning and will get worse.
Let A&P help you the lender and you the borrower come to a place where the lose , lose becomes less volatile, and more digestable for both parties........
