I have a client in Houston, Tx. that has 5 properties paid off free and clear. No mortgages and no liens. All rented out and makes great cashflow. Client was discharged chapter 7 in California 2yrs ago. Fico scores are as follows: 641, 646, 652 currently. County Appraisals for the 5 properties total $230,500.00. Client wants $138,000 cash out, about 60%-75% LTV. Loan would be secure by real estate. Willing to create a Note. Please Help!
