| Who still offers these at reasonable rates? I know Wachovia, but who else? What are the fico requirements etc..? |

| well the investors on it are citi and flagstar so however long they decide to keep it. i wouldnt run anything through citi's really, but flagstar's is pretty good. 70%ltv and lower though. I should be getting true agency sisa back soon which could be cool |

| actually, Citi's turn times are down to 4 days now...from 21 two weeks ago. they do have the Alt-A SIVA loans. i dont have all the details, but most of them are for self-=employed borrowers at this point |
