I have a self employed borrower (30+) years (Commercial construction company). $200000 in checking account.
Wife is 75% owner of SCorp, her FICO 725; he is 25% owner, his FICO 660.
Looking for a 15 year fixed. Need $400,000 cashout. Owner occupied.
Loan amount $1M, 75% ltv.
am I DREAMING????
I need to close a loan! |

I was just checking Wachovia out. They haven't discontinued that program yet?
