| OK I have this guy in CA that I want to do a R/T for and I'm looking for the best JUMBO pricing out there. I normally would be doing my own pricing but I'm slammed with other scenarios and calls tonight. On a Friday what the hell!!!! Any suggestions??? |

6.5% <.125> going FHA, 30 year fixed, 0 prepay up to 95% R&T must meet new Jumbo Loan amount size for that county. you can click my link below for more info. |

well he's a 66% LTV 75% worst case. Still FHA is the best??? that 729K limit isnt going to allow for closing clost and fees though. Thats why I shied away from FHA and thinking of who's portfolio out there with some good pricing.
