I have a group of friends that work for Eagle. They seem to be doing OK. They are struggling on the FHA side of the ball though. They cant seem to get it straight.

I am a Branch Manager for ENMC. So far I love it! They are extremely simple and helpful.......very compliant(which is great). As far as your freinds having troubles with FHA, that issue must be caused by them or isolated to their office (in other words they must be doing somthing wrong) because that is the bulk of our business and it is smooth. Give me a buzz with any questions I will be happy to help.

I've heard nothing but positive things on them, and actually I'm contemplating moving over to them.

They are Federally Chartered (So we are licensed nationwide)
They work with about 80 Investors
Get paid 15ht and 30th of every month
100% as a BM - 750 if the loan is bankered or .375% if it is brokered
If you are an LO then it depends on the BM, what that office is offering etc....

-all 50, theyre fed chartered
-bi weekly and you dont even submit the files for audit, they just suratically audit each branch
-i think they rip .5 out of each deal.

sounds okay then.

i wonder if they pad rates on top of taking money from each file or .375

brokering is direct to each lender.

my friend runs a shop of theirs. so far so good for him too. he said they just take 1/2 point orgination or whatever.

Well it depends on the volume that your branch closes. In my branch we are at .375% of brokered only and 750 admin for banked files. There rates compete with the best of them
