| I have a customer that is buying a 4-plex, as a NOO, 736 mid, 70%-80% LTV purchase, SIVA, self employed, property is in VA, and the purchase price is $209,000. Looking for the best options. |

We can do 3-Year Fixed Hybrid:
7.40% (0.50% COST), 7.55% (PAR), 7.75% (0.50% YSP), 7.85% (1.00% YSP)
or
30-Year Fixed w/ 10 Years of I/O:
7.55% (1.0% COST), 8.05% (0.50% YSP), 8.15% (1.00% YSP)
Please let me know if that works for your client.

I can do it if the client currently owns a rental property for at least the last 2yrs.
6.625 <par> 20 day lock, 30yr fixed, w/impounds, no PPP

| Unfortunately, this is their first investment property they have bought. Would that kill it with you, without having the landlord experience? Thanks though. |
