| here is the deal. 520 fico 141 owed on the first and owe a 33k second. worth 270. would like to just redo the second and not the first if possible but open to both. no lates in last year. |

mojo,
well its at a 65% percent already. Thats not including any fees. Another thing is make sure that value is really what the investor will give you for that. I'm just assuming that the value will be cut and then you are looking at more than a 70% plus ltv or even cltv. My investor would probably pass on that ltv. Let me know if you have anyone else that I can look at.
