HellO!
Does anybody know of any other sight that is more accurate than zillow?
of course, I know that ordering/calling for an appraisal or getting realtor comps are way better
Is there a general realtor websight that provides comps nationwide?
Also, does anybody know of a websight that shows property tax or equations nationwide?
Obtaining from borrower is easy, but sometimes they do not know the taxes . .On trigger leads/calls, we need immediate info to sell the deal immediately (would you agree)

www.johnsrate.com...go to the home price index...all a la mode websites have these as options and theyre pretty cool, though not 100% for sure.
and I dont think a trigger lead needs to be an immediate sale, so long as you sell yourself and the fact that a borrower will fare better with you than the 58 other loan officers calling them |
