I have a 2 million, 4 unit purchase, full doc, 770 credit score, great reserves. Looking for 65/75 ltv/cltv or something close. Ideally a 1.3 1st and 200k 2nd for 1.5 total lien, 7 or 10 year IO on the 1st. With the little investor appetite for non-owners, any advice or proposal will be welcomed, however. Thanks.
