We have a private investor that will go to 50% LTV SIVA in SoCal.
65% LTV possible with other property to cross.

| Thanks, but I am not looking for private money. We have 740+ Full Doc. Any ideas on conventional lenders is great. |

The trick is not getting cut outta the deal
I used to work with
Community National Bank
Temecula Valley Bank
All of the true single close and "wholesale" lenders I used to work with have gotten outta the game |

| We do construction loans. Not wholesale but will collect your origination for you and pay from loan proceeds. |
