Call me today if you're interested in getting approved with Indymac. No application fee, and broker approval in 24-48 hours. We are the Agency Conforming leader, offering traditional conforming programs (MyCommunity, Flex, DU/LP Approved Eligible and EA I, II, and III), and the new Agency Jumbo.
FHA, Reverse Mortgages, and Super Jumbo(full doc) are also offered. Please call me today for an application, or if you are already signed up and are not happy with your rep, I'll be able to help get you switched over. for a company who goes on record stating they lost over 10billion inn the past 3 months and so f-up i find this very amusing and i am sure so does everyone else on this post

first i was shocked that he allows any broker to sign up that wants to. then reading more, he calls people "tool sheds" and "retarded". sounds like a great rep.
he says they are THE Agency Conforming lender. interesting.
in 2005, they were THE sub prime lender. then in 2006, they were THE Alt-A Lender. now they're THE agency conforming lender.
sounds like some identity issues to me. |

I've been in the business for 8yrs and never closed a loan with Indymac...
You would think they would at least do corr lending well. |
